About KT Property

Established in 2016, Tim and Kelvin started KT Property because there was a lack of quality property managers in the region. They are both in the mindset of referring business to people who they have used personally…and after being asked multiple times, they had no answer for a good property management company…so they started one!

Tim has been an investor himself for over 10+ years. He’s had experience with single-family homes, rent-to-own, multi-families, and student rentals. He’s coached many investors to build their own portfolio and is a licensed real estate professional and coach with Rock Star Real Estate.

Kelvin has been in real estate his whole life. His family has owned a portfolio of properties including single-family homes to an 18-unit building, so he brings a vast amount of experience and resources.
